"I was a patient at Dr Faith’s first office and now, I’m happy to be part of her pilot group. I really liked the manuscript and found it informative and fun to read; I especially enjoyed the anecdotes. I followed the simple steps outlined in the book and determined my bad back type, then began using the molding techniques specific to my back type. I began slowly, doing each stretch for 3 to 4 minutes and gradually worked up to longer molding sessions. Molding has easily become part of my daily routine; some in the morning before getting out of bed, and some after climbing into bed at night. It is a good feeling to accomplish something positive (they make you feel good) each day before even getting out of bed! 

Now, I find myself standing straighter and walking upright versus leaning forward. I have less neck discomfort, my sinuses drain, and I’m so relaxed lying over my devices that I peacefully drift off to sleep.
