"I am a retired nurse with over 30 years of chiropractic experience. 10 months ago, I became part of Dr. Faith’s pilot group. I am both happy and proud to be giving my testimonial. Mainly because I know I can’t be the only one who’s ever questioned “why” go to the chiropractor, if the next day, you’re in the same pain. When I read Dr. Faith’s book, it all made sense. The bad back to good back method works with the ligaments and muscles to ultimately hold the bones in place so they don’t slide back out of alignment.

 

Since implementing the method, I’m not as stiff after sitting, I have more movement in my neck and lower back, and my hips don’t lock up. I was suffering from numbness in my upper left thigh, and that has decreased. 

Molding is the answer, and it’s very easy, but what I find really exciting about molding is that I’m taking time for myself as I lie over my molding device. I’m actually relaxing for 10 to 20 minutes twice a day, and because molding has improved my flexibility, increased my neck rotation, and lessened my back and hip pain, I’m motivated to continue!

 

I would recommend this book and this method (in conjunction with seeing a backbone practitioner) to anyone with chronic pain and limited mobility before doing surgery."
