Do this 2nd: To utilize this service, log in to your account (see website header) and scroll down the menu to Confirm My TYPE. Fill out the information form and upload your evaluation pictures (1 side view and 1 front view).
Reminder: To take the required photos, follow Structural Evaluation Actions 1-5 outlined in the book, Step 6. This service expires 1 year from the date of purchase.
Upon your successful submittal, please allow 24 hours to receive confirmation of your Bad Back TYPE.
